1. Who we are
MOATDM Gift Store ("MOATDM", "we", "us") operates moatdmgiftstore.com, a gifting platform that allows customers to select and pay for gifts to be delivered to recipients in destinations outside as well as within their own location. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of the delivery estimate shown at checkout for the selected destination. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline, or cancel an order — including after payment — if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In that event, you will be notified and refunded in full.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including any applicable delivery fees, to your selected payment method.
4. Destinations and delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details — name, address, and contact information — for the destination selected at checkout. MOATDM is not liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of order. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows and further detail.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use MOATDM to place fraudulent orders, misrepresent recipient information, or attempt to circumvent our destination, payment, or verification systems. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts engaged in such activity.
6. Limitation of liability
MOATDM curates and coordinates delivery through third-party logistics and local partners. While we take care in selecting reliable partners, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss arising from customs processes, courier error, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), beyond the remedies described in our Returns Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
