Type that into the phone's dialler. A short list of numbers appears. If one of them is labelled EID (a long 32-digit number), the phone has eSIM. No EID, no eSIM. It works on any phone and takes about five seconds.
One more thing. The phone also has to be carrier-unlocked. A locked phone can have eSIM hardware and still refuse another network's plan. If you bought it on contract or in instalments, check with the original carrier first.

Before you buy
Good to know.
- Delivery isn't instant. A person sends your QR code on WhatsApp once payment is confirmed. That's usually within the hour during business hours.
- One QR, one device. The activation code is single-use. Please only scan it on the device that will use the plan.
- Non-refundable once issued. Because the plan activates on scan, issued eSIMs cannot be refunded. If the wrong plan was purchased, contact us before the QR is scanned.
