Type that into the phone's dialler. A short list of identifiers appears. If one of them reads EID — a long 32-digit number — the phone has eSIM hardware. No EID, no eSIM. Works on any handset, takes about five seconds, and is the only answer nobody can argue with.
One more thing. Having eSIM isn't the whole test — the phone also has to be carrier-unlocked. A locked handset can have perfectly good eSIM hardware and still turn down another network's profile. If it was bought on contract or instalments, it's worth checking with the original carrier first.

Before you buy
A few honest notes.
- Delivery is personal, not instant. Our concierge sends the QR code on WhatsApp after payment is confirmed — usually within the hour during business hours.
- One QR, one device. The activation code is single-use. Please only scan it on the device that will use the plan.
- Non-refundable once issued. Because the plan activates on scan, issued eSIMs cannot be refunded. If the wrong plan was purchased, contact us before the QR is scanned.
