1. Delivery destinations

MOATDM delivers gifts to the destination you select at the start of your visit — separate from your own location. Product availability and delivery timing are specific to the destination chosen, so please confirm it's correct before checking out.

2. Delivery timeframes

Each product displays an estimated delivery window based on its assigned delivery profile:

• • Same Day — dispatched and delivered the day of order, subject to order cut-off time
• • 3–5 Days
• • 5–7 Days
• • 5–8 Days
• • 7–10 Days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Timeframes begin from order confirmation, not from payment, and exclude delays caused by customs holds, incomplete recipient details, or events outside our control.

3. Customs and duties

For international deliveries, the recipient's country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees on the shipment. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated, and are not included in the product price shown at checkout.

4. Recipient availability

If a courier is unable to reach the recipient at the address provided, we or our delivery partner will attempt to make contact using the details supplied at checkout. Repeated failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information may result in delays or additional charges to redeliver.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available. Some same-day and local courier deliveries may not have real-time tracking; in these cases, delivery confirmation will be provided directly.
