How is my delivery time decided?

Each product has its own delivery time: Same Day, 3–5 Days, 5–7 Days, 5–8 Days or 7–10 Days. You'll see it on the product page and again at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and the clock starts when we confirm your order, not when you pay. The Shipping Policy has the full detail.

Why does delivery depend on the destination, not where I am?

Most of our customers shop from one country and send to another, so we ask where the gift is going before anything else. What we stock, the price and the delivery time all depend on the destination.

Will the recipient owe customs duties or import taxes?

Accepted Answer

For international deliveries, the destination country may charge customs duties or import fees. They aren't part of the product price, and the recipient pays them unless we've said otherwise for a particular product.

What if the recipient isn't there to receive the gift?

The courier will try to reach the recipient on the phone number and address you gave at checkout. If those details are wrong or incomplete, delivery can be delayed and you may be charged for a redelivery. Please check the address and phone number before you order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link. Some same-day and local deliveries don't have live tracking. For those, we confirm the delivery with you ourselves.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Message us as soon as you can. If we haven't started on your order, we'll do our best to change it. Once we've started preparing it, especially Same Day and short-window items, we usually can't stop or change it.

I placed an order but didn't get a confirmation. What now?

Check your spam folder first, because confirmations sometimes end up there. If it isn't there, send us your order reference (or the email or phone number you used at checkout) and we'll look it up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We use Paystack, so you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Verve or bank transfer. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Paystack handles the payment, and we never see or store your full card details.

Question 10

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

Accepted Answer

There's a discount code box at checkout. Enter the code there and, if it's valid, the discount is applied straight away.

Can I return a gift if the recipient doesn't like it?

Accepted Answer

Most of what we sell can't be returned once it's delivered. That includes fresh flowers, food and personalized items, for hygiene and practical reasons. eSIMs and other digital products can't be refunded once they're issued. The Returns Policy has the details.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of what arrived. We'll look into it and offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund, depending on what happened.

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds go back to the Paystack payment method you used. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The Returns Policy covers every case.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your past orders, keeps your wishlist on every device and makes checking out quicker next time.

What happens to items I save as a guest if I create an account later?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you saved to your wishlist as a guest moves to your account when you sign in. Nothing is lost.
