How is my delivery time decided?

Every product carries its own delivery profile — Same Day, 3–5 Days, 5–7 Days, 5–8 Days, or 7–10 Days — shown right on the product and again at checkout. Why does the delivery estimate depend on where I choose to deliver, not where I am?

MOATDM is built for sending gifts internationally — most of our customers are shopping from one country for delivery in another. That's why we ask for the delivery destination up front, separately from your own location: availability, pricing, and delivery windows are all specific to where the gift is actually going.

Will the recipient owe customs duties or import taxes?

Accepted Answer

For international deliveries, the destination country may apply customs duties or import fees on the shipment. These aren't included in the product price and are the recipient's responsibility unless we've stated otherwise for a specific product.

What happens if the recipient isn't available to receive the gift?

Accepted Answer

Our delivery partner will attempt to reach the recipient using the contact details provided at checkout. Repeated failed attempts due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information may delay delivery or incur a redelivery charge — so it's worth double-checking the address and phone number before placing the order.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Some same-day and local courier deliveries don't have live tracking — in those cases, we confirm delivery directly.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact us immediately after ordering — we'll do our best to accommodate a change if fulfilment hasn't started yet. Once preparation begins, especially for Same Day and short-window items, we usually can't stop or amend the order.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation. What do I do?

First check your spam folder — occasionally order confirmations land there. If it's genuinely missing after that, reach out with your order reference (or the email/phone used at checkout) and we'll look it up.

Checkout is powered by Paystack, supporting Visa, Mastercard, Verve, and bank transfer. All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — payment is processed entirely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

I have a discount code — where do I enter it?

Accepted Answer

There's a discount code field during checkout, just before you review your total. Enter it there and the discount applies immediately if the code is valid.

Can I return a gift if the recipient doesn't like it?

Most of our products — fresh flowers, food, personalized items — can't be returned once delivered, for hygiene and practical reasons. Digital products like eSIMs are non-refundable once issued. Full detail is in our Returns Policy below.

What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of what was received. We'll review and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

How long do refunds take?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track order history, save a wishlist that follows you across devices, and speeds up future checkouts.

What happens to items I save while browsing as a guest, if I create an account later?

Anything you've saved to your wishlist as a guest automatically transfers to your account the moment you sign in — nothing is lost.
